STUDIO POLICIES 

• Failure to attend a reserved class or failure to cancel within the 12 hour cancellation window forfeits that purchase if you booked using a class package.
  
• For those with a unlimited monthly membership, a $10 late cancel fee will be charged or $15 no show fee.
• Monthly Unlimited Memberships are NOT paused for vacations. Please select your appropriate membership as a seasonal or short term resident.
• For insurance purposes, you must be accompanied by a certified Board30 Trainer to use the Board30 Naples equipment.
• Class Package Memberships are not paused for vacations.
