THE BASICS

GETTING STARTED

The proprietary system weaves methods from many fitness relevant practices, such as strength training, yoga, barre, pilates, and cardio. The special program is accessible by all fitness levels, which makes it seem like it was designed just for you.

  • A beginner or advanced athlete will experience a thorough workout
  • On average, you will experience 30 minutes of resistance band focused training
  • Each class combines cardio, strength training, stretching, and calisthenics
  • Endless variations due to multiple anchor points
  • The abundance of full-range movements engages the whole body
  • Great for rebuilding and repairing your muscles and ligaments by engaging the entire body for a swifter recovery – there isn’t a muscle that can escape the attention of the Board30 system!

    DAY ONE

    PLEASE REVIEW OUR CLASS VARIATIONS FOR AN EXCELLENT FIRST FIT

    As a new student to Board30 Naples, arrive 15 minutes before the class time. We will greet you at the door with a warm, excited welcome! Let us know if you have shoulder, back, or any current challenges, no worries! We offer modifications for every move. We meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. Each one-minute sustained class movement can be modified for all fitness levels. Prepare to find the most comprehensive, empowering experience in the fitness market. Our instructors are trained to help you find a suitable board and review the setup.

    22 INTERVALS IN 30 MINUTES

    29:42 TO BE EXACT!

    1 minute on with 22 seconds of rest (so 29:42 to be exact!) and guess what? In 22 movements you will engage every muscle, large and small, enhance your strength, cardio capabilities, core, balance all while having FUN! We promise to work every muscle. You show up, move and have fun along the way!

    FULL BODY INTEGRITY MEETS SMART FITNESS IN 30 MINUTES

    BOARD30

    Our signature Board30 HIIT training class focuses on working with multiple angles & levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance & improve your cardio capabilities! Using floor to ceiling resistance anchors, our patented BodyBoard and SkyBands, our Board30 Signature Class is a fun, efficient and effective full body workout!

    30 minutes plus additional 5-8 minute cool down stretch.

    Board30 SkyBand Focus

    Our Board30 Full Body Workout with a little more focus using our SkyBand Resistance Band System. Still low impact but offers you an additional element of fun utilizing our signature Sky Bands! A Full body, HIIT, low impact, muscle strengthening workout!

    30 minutes plus additional 5-8 minute cool down stretch.

    Strength, Sculpt & Balance

    This interval slower flow movement based class focuses on form while working multiple angles of resistance to gain strength, increase balance and lengthen muscle. Low Impact and gentle on the joints. Perfect for all levels and also perfect as an intro class and as an additional session for increased muscle building and stretching.

    30 minutes plus additional 5-8 minute cool down stretch.

    Board30 Golf! Power, Strength & Stretch! 

    Science backed, efficient and effective, our one-of-a-kind, “Board30 Golf Power, Strength & Stretch” class is the perfect complement to your Golf Game! This Board30 interval class format focuses on building muscle strength, core power, balance, stability, and flexibility while also enhancing cardio endurance to maximize the specific needs of the Golfer to enhance  performance! Perfect for women and men and accessible to all levels and ages and stages of fitness.

    30 minutes plus additional 5-8 minute cool down stretch.

    Full Body Restorative “Band & Stretch”

    This 30 minute class combines mobility movement, yoga poses and full body resistance band stretching to open the entire body and unlock tight areas from inactivity or more intense exercise. This flowing full body session is restorative and relaxing while increasing body awareness, range of motion and specific postural concerns. A perfect complement to the Board30 system to help sustain strength, invigorate tired muscles while relaxing the mind.

    BoARD30 POWER HOUR

    Board30 Power Hour is a 40 Interval Class combining strength, cardio, core and balance with increased challenge in endurance, difficulty and duration! A combination of increased cardio interval duration while working muscle strengthening compound movements! Extra challenging work encompassing all our equipment (BodyBoard, SkyBands, WallBands, Weighted Bar, Sandbells, Sliders, Ballet Bar). Previous Board30 experience encouraged but not required.

    60 minutes includes an efficient cool down stretch.

    Private Sessions and Private Group Sessions available as well! We love supporting Families, Athletic Teams, Business Teams, and any group to Band Together!
