Our signature Board30 HIIT training class focuses on working with multiple angles & levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance & improve your cardio capabilities! Using floor to ceiling resistance anchors, our patented BodyBoard & SkyBands, our Board30 Signature Class is a fun, efficient & effective full body workout! 30 minutes plus additional 5-8 minute cool down stretch.

This interval slow flow movement based class focuses on form while working multiple angles of resistance to gain strength, increase balance & lengthen muscle. Low impact & gentle on joints.
