Our Full Body approach to fitness employs the whole body, optimizing every muscle, large and small, connective tissue and stabilizers for an integrally fit and balanced body. Muscle imbalance causes injury. Carefully researched and designed, Board30 Naples Golf focuses on developing and enhancing muscle symmetry and strength, balance and core to maintain full body integrity while promoting enjoyment of the game staying injury free. We are accessible to every age and stage of fitness.

By using our unique Resistance Band System, muscles maintain tension throughout every move which provides lengthening of the muscles thereby increasing flexibility, pliability and overall balance critical to performance. Our Resistance Bands are a great tool to also enhance the mind-muscle connection as the bands increase the time muscles are under tension. Resistance Bands are kind to the joints and not jarring to the body lending to a more fluid and safer workout experience.

BESIDES PROVEN RESULTS

22 Resistance Band Movements of 1 minute intervals with 22 seconds of rest for a 30 Minute Full Body Workout. Additional 10 minutes of focused stretching employing our Resistance Bands allows for greater flexibility, balance and pliability of the muscles.

We know our every client’s unique goals and challenges in regard to injury, previous injury or stressed areas of the body and offer modifications to every movement. We proudly meet each client where they are to get them to where they want to be.
